Commissione centrale del Partito comunista cinese (PCC),
giovedi' mattina assieme gli altri membri del Comitato
permanente del XVIII Politburo della Commissione Centrale del
PCC ha incontrato la stampa presso la Grande sala del popolo.
"Sono onorato di incontrare gli amici della stampa oggi", ha dichiarato Xi, aggiungendo che il XVIII Congresso nazionale del PCC "ha raggiunto una conclusione positiva".
"Negli ultimi giorni, avete seguito con grande attenzione il congresso e avete fatto sentire al mondo la voce della Cina.
A nome del segretariato del congresso, vorrei esprimere la nostra piu' profonda gratitudine per la vostra professionalita', la vostra dedizione e il vostro impegno", ha dichiarato Xi. "Si e' appena tenuta la prima sessione plenaria del XVIII Congresso nazionale del PCC e una nuova leadership e' stata eletta.
Durante la sessione plenaria sono stato nominato segretario generale del PCC. Vorrei presentarvi gli altri sei membri della Comitato Permanente dell'Ufficio politico".
Sono il Compagno Li Keqiang, il Compagno Zhang Dejiang, il Compagno Yu Zhengsheng, il Compagno Liu Yunshan, il Compagno Wang Qishan, e il Compagno Zhang Gaoli. Il Compagno Li Keqiang era gia' membro del Comitato Permanente dell'Ufficio politico del XVII Comitato centrale del partito, mentre gli altri erano membri dell'Ufficio politico del XVII Comitato centrale del partito. Sono sicuro che i loro nomi siano gia' familiari per voi. A nome di tutti i membri della nuova leadership, vorrei esprimere la nostra piu' profonda gratitudine a tutti gli altri membri del Partito per la fiducia che hanno riposto in noi. Abbiamo accettato questa grande responsabilita' per il nostro Paese. La nostra e' una grande Nazione. In piu' di cinque mila anni di evoluzione della civilta', la Cina ha dato un enorme e indelebile contributo allo sviluppo della civilta' umana.
Tuttavia durante i tempi moderni, la Cina ha sopportato indicibili avversita' e sofferenze, la sua stessa sopravvivenza e' stata in bilico. Moltissimi patrioti cinesi si sono sollevati uno dopo l'altro e hanno lottato per il rinnovamento della Nazione, ma e' stato un fallimento.
Dalla sua fondazione, il Partito Comunista cinese ha fatto enormi sacrifici ha avanzato con decisione sfidando ogni circostanza. Si e' riunito e ha condotto il popolo cinese, trasformando la Cina da povera e arretrata in una nuova Cina sempre piu' prospera e potente, aprendo orizzonti completamente nuovi per il grande rinnovamento della Nazione.
La nostra responsabilita' ora e' di riunirci e guidare il Partito e i cittadini di tutte le etnie della Cina nel prendere il testimone che ci e' stato lasciato dalla storia, continuando a fare sforzi per poter ottenere il grande rinnovamento della Nazione, e far si' che la Cina possa avere una posizione decisa nella famiglia delle Nazioni e che possa dare un contributo ancora piu' grande all'umanita'. Ci siamo assunti questa grande responsabilita' per il popolo. Il nostro popolo e' un grande popolo. Durante il corso della storia, il popolo cinese, lavorando con diligenza, coraggio e saggezza, ha creato un Paese meraviglioso in cui i gruppi di tutte le etnie vivono in armonia e ha sviluppato una grande cultura dinamica.
Il nostro popolo ama la vita e spera di poter avere una migliore istruzione, dei posti di lavoro piu' stabili, un reddito maggiore, una previdenza sociale piu' sicura, cure mediche migliori, migliori condizioni di alloggio e un ambiente migliore.
Vogliono che i loro figli possano crescere in modo sano, avere un buon lavoro e poter condurre una vita piu' felice. Far si' che tutto cio' possa diventare realta' e' la nostra missione. E' il duro lavoro che crea la felicita' nel mondo. Per poter assolvere alle nostre responsabilita', guideremo il partito e la gente di tutti i gruppi etnici per rendere libere le nostre menti, portare avanti riforme di apertura e sviluppare ulteriormente le forze produttive, lavorando duramente per risolvere le difficolta' che il popolo deve affrontare sia nella vita quotidiana che nella vita lavorativa, e perseguire con determinazione la prosperita' comune. Ci siamo assunti questa grande responsabilita' per il partito. Il nostro Partito e' devoto nel servire il popolo. Ha guidato il popolo nel raggiungere degli obiettivi, rinomati a livello mondiale, e abbiamo tutti i motivi per esserne fieri. Ma non siamo soddisfatti, e non riposeremo mai sugli allori. In questa situazione nuova, il nostro Partito deve affrontare moltissime nuove sfide, ci sono anche molti problemi urgenti che devono essere risolti all'interno del partito, in particolare la corruzione, che allontana il partito dal popolo, dovendo passare attraverso formalita' e burocratismo di alcuni funzionari del partito.
Dobbiamo fare di tutto per risolvere questi problemi. E tutto il partito deve stare in guardia.
Per poter affrontare questi problemi, noi stessi dobbiamo prima di tutti comportarci in maniera impeccabile. La nostra responsabilita' e' di lavorare con i compagni del Partito per sostenere il principio secondo cui il Partito deve supervisionare la propria condotta, governando se stesso con una disciplina severa, risolvendo in modo efficace la maggior parte dei problemi interni, migliorando la propria condotta e mantenendo legami stretti con il popolo.
Nel fare cio', noi garantiremo che il nostro Partito rimarra' al centro della leadership per far procedere la causa del socialismo con le caratteristiche cinesi. E' il popolo che ha fatto la storia, e' il popolo il vero eroe, cosi' come la fonte della nostra forza.
Siamo tutti consapevoli che le capacita' di un solo individuo sono limitate. Ma solo se siamo uniti, potremo creare un magnifico potere e riusciremo certamente a superare tutte le difficolta'. Si puo' lavorare anche per un periodo di tempo limitato, ma non c'e' limite nel servire il popolo con dedizione. La nostra responsabilita' e' piu' pesante del Monte Tai, e la strada di fronte a noi e' ancora molto lunga. Dobbiamo sempre essere della stessa idea del popolo e condividere con loro lo stesso destino, dobbiamo lavorare con loro e coscienziosamente per il bene pubblico, solo cosi' riusciremo a soddisfare le aspettative della storia e del popolo. Proprio come la Cina ha bisogno di sapere di piu' sul mondo, cosi' il mondo ha bisogno di sapere di piu' sulla Cina.
